Fashinit INC Return Policy
Thank you for choosing Fashinit INC. We value your satisfaction and offer a straightforward return process.
Return Period:
- You have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return.
Return Eligibility:
- To qualify for a return, items must be in the same condition you received them: unworn or unused, with tags, and in their original packaging. Receipt or proof of purchase is required.
Initiating a Return:
- Start your return by contacting us at info@fashinit.com.
- Upon approval, you will receive the return address.
Return Process:
- Items returned without prior request will not be accepted.
- Customer is responsible for return shipping.
Damages and Issues:
- Inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or incorrect.
Exceptions / Non-returnable Items:
- Certain items like perishable goods, custom products, and personal care goods cannot be returned.
- Returns are not accepted for sale items and gift cards.
Exchanges:
- For exchanges, return the original item, and upon acceptance, make a separate purchase for the new item.
Refunds:
- Once we receive and inspect your return, weβll inform you if the refund is approved.
- Approved refunds are processed to the original method of payment within 10 business days.
- The refund will be issued to the same account/card used for the purchase.
