Fashinit INC Return Policy

Thank you for choosing Fashinit INC. We value your satisfaction and offer a straightforward return process.

Return Period:

  • You have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return.

Return Eligibility:

  • To qualify for a return, items must be in the same condition you received them: unworn or unused, with tags, and in their original packaging. Receipt or proof of purchase is required.

Initiating a Return:

  • Start your return by contacting us at info@fashinit.com.
  • Upon approval, you will receive the return address.

Return Process:

  • Items returned without prior request will not be accepted.
  • Customer is responsible for return shipping.

Damages and Issues:

  • Inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or incorrect.

Exceptions / Non-returnable Items:

  • Certain items like perishable goods, custom products, and personal care goods cannot be returned.
  • Returns are not accepted for sale items and gift cards.

Exchanges:

  • For exchanges, return the original item, and upon acceptance, make a separate purchase for the new item.

Refunds:

  • Once we receive and inspect your return, we’ll inform you if the refund is approved.
  • Approved refunds are processed to the original method of payment within 10 business days.
  • The refund will be issued to the same account/card used for the purchase.

Delayed Refunds:
